The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6242 is part of the Intel® Xeon® Gold processor family. It features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types and is designed for the server market segment. The processor supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers scalability up to 4S. It is compatible with the DL580 GEN10 server system.
