The processor supports hexa-channel memory architecture, allowing for significant data throughput. It can handle a maximum internal memory of 1 TB and supports DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is aimed at the server market segment and includes AVX-512 instruction sets, providing enhanced performance for complex computations. It is scalable up to four sockets (4S), making it suitable for large-scale deployments. The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6248 is compatible with the DL580 GEN10 server.
