The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6242 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It utilizes the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built with a 14 nm lithography process. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers 4-socket (4S) scalability. The processor is compatible with the BL460c Gen10 platform.
