The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5217 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It is designed with the LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and utilizes a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is specifically aimed at the server market segment. It supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers scalability for up to 4 sockets (4S). Additionally, it is compatible with DL560 GEN10 systems.
