The HPE Intel Xeon Platinum 8256 is a member of the Intel® Xeon® Platinum processor family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured using 14 nm lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle up to 1 TB of internal memory with DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market segment and supports the AVX-512 instruction set. The processor offers S8S scalability and is compatible with the BL460c Gen10.
