The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5220S is part of the Intel® Xeon® Gold processor family. It fits into the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured using 14 nm lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can interface with DDR4-SDRAM memory types, handling a maximum internal memory capacity of up to 1 TB. It is primarily intended for server market applications and is compatible with DL560 Gen10 systems. Additionally, the processor supports AVX-512 instruction sets and offers scalability of up to 4 sockets.
