The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5218B is a high-performance processor designed for server applications. It belongs to the Intel Xeon Gold processor family and fits into the LGA 3647 (Socket P). Manufactured with a 14 nm lithography, this processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of up to 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Aimed at the server market segment, the processor includes advanced instruction sets like AVX-512 for enhanced performance. It is scalable up to four sockets (4S) and is compatible with the DL580 GEN10 server model.
