The Supermicro SSG-640P-E1CR24L features an Intel C621A motherboard chipset and an LGA 4189 processor socket, compatible with Intel processors. It supports DDR4-SDRAM memory types and offers a maximum internal memory capacity of 4 TB. The supported RDIMM clock speed is 3200 MHz. The device can accommodate storage drive sizes of 2.5" and 3.5". For networking, it has a 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface, supporting Ethernet LAN data rates of 10000 Mbit/s, powered by the Intel X550 LAN controller. Additionally, it includes PC health monitoring capabilities for the CPU, fan, and temperature.
