The Supermicro SYS-620C-TN12R features an Intel C621A motherboard chipset and an LGA 4189 socket for Intel processors. It supports DDR4-SDRAM memory types, with a maximum internal and RDIMM memory capacity of up to 4 TB. For storage, it accommodates 3.5" drive sizes and supports both Serial ATA and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interfaces, with RAID levels 0, 1, 5, and 10. The server includes a Gigabit Ethernet interface for network connectivity and provides PC health monitoring for the CPU, fan, and temperature.
